PRACTICE

  • ASANA

    Asana translates to posture. In Hatha Yoga we enter a posture and sync our breath with the movement. As we hold an Asana we understand the attitude of the posture to guide us inwards.

  • PRANAYAMA

    Pranayama is a practice that involves using the breath to increase our life-force energy. Regular Pranayama regulates the nervous system and allows us to feel grounded in our bodies.

  • SOUNDS

    Sounds allow us to enter deep states of relaxation. The sounds are at the same vibration of water so as we tap into earth’s frequencies we experience healing on a cellular level.
