Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga involves moving through Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations), Asanas (postures), and Pranayama (breath work) with awareness of the mind and body. Here we hold each Asana and understand the attitude of the posture to guide us inwards during our practice. The session concludes with guided relaxation and Savasana.
Movement, Breath Work, and Sound Immersion
Here we start with gentle stretches to warm up the body followed by Pranayama (breath work) to connect with our breath and ground ourselves. Then Guided Meditation takes the student through each part of their body to consciously relax and become totally present. The meditation is followed by the Handpan for deeper relaxation. The sounds have healing properties on a cellular level which is experienced throughout the meditation.
Corporate Wellness
Corporate Wellness sessions range from Yoga classes to workshops. Here we focus on understanding the impact of stress on the body and learning mindfulness practices that can actively help us feel more at ease and relaxed through our day.
